Counselor In Training Program (CIT)
For students entering 9th and 10th grade

Leadership training and “pre-job” experience is what you will gain from our CIT program. Choose to be paired with counselors to learn how to supervise and interact with campers, assist a specialist and learn how to lead an activity. There will be a weekly community service component as well as group classes and fun weekly trips.

CIT Program for Camp Gadol
The goal of this new program is to offer students entering 9th and 10th grade the opportunity to become part of our JCC camp family through a summer comprised of hands on training, community outreach, and weekly trips. This program will have the students on campus with the campers 3 days each week. They will be assigned to a specific group and will participate fully in the camp experience. The CITs will have a weekly trip as well as a 3 day trip during the summer which will incorporate fun with leadership training. Each week the CITs will participate in a community service activity; both on and off campus. CITs who successfully complete our summer program will be invited back the following summer as a Junior Counselor (entering 11th grade only).

2008 CIT Fees (includes lunch)
